When payments start
Monthly and yearly passes renew until you cancel; the 7-day pass is a single payment and does not renew. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps what you have paid for. Payment will be through PayPal. No account is needed: a pass will be tied to a private pass key, the same way watch lists are tied to a private link.
The money pays for running the site. It does not buy anything from EPA or any agency, and nobody can pay to have an entry changed or removed.
